It's where marketers double-check everything before clicking send. --- ## 🧭 Why we revisited it ### Old design: The old design served this purpose well for a long time. It was functional and helped us move fast. But as Mailmodo evolved with new features and updates in our design system, this page started to feel a little out of sync with the rest of the product. - **Important actions like sending a test email was very time consuming**, Only 1 test email can be sent at a time. - **We had no space to show helpful nudges** - **Some elements didn’t align with our current design system** (spacing, button styling, colors, UI components). --- ## 🛠 What changed ### 1. A clearer structure with collapsible cards --- ### 2. All actionable and recommndation in one layout --- ### 3. Updated stepper and layout We cleaned up the top stepper and header to match the rest of our product. --- ### 4. Confirmation modal before sending a campaign Immediate exposure to "Send campaign" button might cause accidental send. ### 5. Better Error states ### 6. More campaign flow sreens ## ✍️ Impact and success metrics - **More new users started exploring the "Set Goal" feature.** - **People sent 60% more test emails than before** - **Fewer escalations to the support team in email deliveribilty issue after launching open rate recommndation.** - **Support tickets about email sending errors also went down.**
